  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Oil or ghee for cooking

Step-by-Step Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add gram flour (besan).
  • Slowly add water while whisking to avoid lumps.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves.
