Dum Aloo

Origin & Significance

Dum Aloo is a popular dish from Kashmiri and North Indian cuisine, known for its rich, creamy, and aromatic gravy. The name “Dum” refers to the slow-cooking process that enhances the flavors, while “Aloo” means potatoes.
