  • 200 grams chicken (boneless, cut into small pieces) OR
  • 200 grams lamb (thinly sliced) OR
  • 6-8 pieces prawns

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 green chili, sliced (optional)
