- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur)
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon oil

Step-by-Step Preparation
📌 Step 1: Making the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and carom seeds.
- Add ghee or oil and rub it into the flour with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Slowly add water, kneading into a firm yet smooth dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
